Trent is a 1988 Graduate of Noblesville High School in Noblesville, Indiana. He went on to Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture in 1993. He started his career in a small landscape design/build firm in central Indiana and then moved into distribution in 1999. He spent 6 years with Automatic Irrigation Supply Company as an outside seller specializing in landscape products and water features. He became a trusted expert on the design, installation, and maintenance of water features during this time and eventually moved on to work with a water feature installation company in 2006. In 2008, Trent made the leap to manufacturing and became a member of the team at Aquascape Inc. as a Regional Territory Manager. He would hold many roles at Aquascape in his almost ten years of service with the company. He ended his tenure as a director of contractor training, helping to educate new installers on the marketing, sales, installation and service of custom water features. He then came aboard with the team at R.A.K. Sales in 2017 and has covered the Indiana and Michigan markets since that time. Trent provides direct service to his distributor and contractor partners in his area. He continually works to grow his knowledge base in all areas of the green industry so that can support his client’s efforts to sell and install top of the line, design/build projects throughout the Midwest.
Trent is based in Noblesville, Indiana with his wife Theresa. They are the proud parents of a daughter Taylor, who graduated from Hanover college in 2025 as a 4-year letter winner on the women’s golf team. Trent is an avid golfer and outdoorsman who loves to fish and hunt, if not chasing the little white ball. He also enjoys spending time over a grill or smoker and sharing delicious, home-cooked meals with friends and family.
In all, Trent has over 27 years of experience working in the irrigation and green industry. He loves to put his skills as an educator to use and is more than happy to spend time in the field helping distributor staff and contractor clients grow their business and become top professionals in the world of outdoor living.
